Life central aims to be the go to app for young people in North Lincolnshire. It aims to give young people the information they need to help themselves make lifestyle changes for better emotional health and well-being.

The app makes information on a range of topics available to everyone, each section will give you an introduction to the topic and then answer some of the most common questions.

There are a wide range of topics covered, from school nursing to bereavements but the aim is to add topics as requested and make it as easy as possible for you to find your way around.
